Remote Tax Return Preparation

Dear Clients,

For your safety and ours, we are no longer taking in-office appointments.

The IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board have extended the filing and tax liability payment deadline to July 15th, 2020.

Our office is considered an essential business {13. (T)} and we are still processing tax returns remotely. We are encouraging our clients who are due a refund to send their tax documents through any of the following methods:

1. By email: Scan and send your documents directly to your tax professional

  • Mario Quezada –
  • Francisco Dominguez –
2. Through our ProConnect Portal: Send your name and email to to obtain an invitation

3. To physically drop your documents off, please call our office (818) 755-2950 ahead of time to confirm there is someone available to receive your documents

4. You can send documents via FAX to (818) 301-2322

If you do not have access to a scanner we are recommending the use of a free phone application called “Genius Scan.” The app converts pictures you take on your phone into a pdf file. Once you have scanned the items, you can send the file directly to your tax professional within the app.

Thank you for your understanding,

D&Q Tax and Consulting, Inc.
